Twitter user identified by her handle as @ChukwuSomma has narrated how a man returned his wife to her family upon discovering that she lied to him about her virginity.



The netizen who expressed shock over the act revealed that their marriage has only lasted for 4 months prior to the blunt action.


She wrote:


“A girl from my area had her bride price returned and bags packed back to her father’s house because she lied to her husband about being a virgin. This is just a marriage of 4months….so men still do this?? Omo!


But she’s a good girl, I know her personally. To think he can overlook every other side of her just for that mistake”
